1. Tell us how you found out about TRUE Skool from the beginning and when was that?
I found out about TRUE Skool when I was a Sophomore in high school. My aunt brought this opportunity up to me because I needed a job over the summer. I honestly didn't want to do it at first but when I first started I gradually began to like it more and more as for the reason I kept coming back each summer.
2. How would you describe the TRUE Skool Experience to a teenager that never heard of it before?
I would describe it as an opportunity you wouldn't want to pass up. Whatever career or dream you have in life TRUE Skool would be the best start to that no matter what it is they have connections in pretty much any industry you could think of.
3. What are three valuable leadership lessons that you have learned from your TRUE Skool CEO Internship experience that you will continue to share?
I've learned to always take advantage of opportunities no matter what they are because you never know how they will work out for you in the end.
Always act in a professional manner because you never know who is around and you never wanna give a bad first image. The most useful thing that I've learned was the elevator pitches and how to not be shy because being shy doesn't get business started. A 5-10 second encounter could change your life depending on if you can do it the right way.
4. Where do you see TRUE Skool in the future, 6 years from now , 2030?
I see TRUE Skool as its own building in a more accessible and welcoming area for the youth, I also see it as a palace that could expand to more than Milwaukee.
5. Do you have any shout outs you want to give or info you want to share?
I highly advise you to take this opportunity if you can. It will change your life for the best if you take note of what Fidel and Shalina tell you, they would never lead you down the wrong path and everything that they are saying is the 100% honest truth no matter how it sounds.hey would never lead you down the wrong path and everything that they are saying is the 100% honest truth no matter how it sounds.
