Hello everyone!
We’re in our fifth week of our CEO Sessions, and our CEOs are working hard to create compelling portfolios and fantastic projects to share with all of you on August 9th and 10th during the Summer Park Jam weekend!
Our CEOs have been exploring a wide variety of skills and areas of interest. This summer, we have beatmakers producing unique soundscapes, filmmakers creating engaging video content, artists and writers broadening the world of TK the Space Turtle, and even microgreens being grown by our TRUE Aquapioneers!
We’ve also met with a variety of local entrepreneurs who have shared their experiences running businesses with our CEOs, including Euphorik Oasis, an aquaponics company working with our TRUE Aquapioneers, and Unfinished Legacy, a world-renowned fashion brand founded right here at TRUE Skool!
Just last week, we visited the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and learned about the fantastic artistic and entrepreneurial opportunities MIAD offers through their college and pre-college courses. We met with TRUE Skool alumni at MIAD, who shared how their experiences there have broadened their horizons. We are ever grateful for our collaboration with MIAD and all our partners.
